One word about the BERLIN CALLING DVD:
Of course we could have come earlier. The cinema owners, our partnes in Germany and abroad asked us to wait till. Independent cinema is not mainstream. We are not a major making 500 copies and then shooting out the DVD. BERLIN CALLING runs since 40 weeks (!) in the German cinemas and keeps going and going... Present German cinemalist (With link to cinemas in Austria, Hungary & Poland) )
The Double-DVD comes out 7th SEPTEMBER 2009 and you can order it for example here.

I am hoping to see the movie!
I want to buy this film but it's not on sale in north America?! Trying to understand german amazon to order the DVD. Will the DVD be on sale for in north america or on a north american website?

This has to be, at least up to now, my favourite film from 2008 - 2009. Just about everyone of my friends have seen the film because of me, I recommended it to everyone. Maybe I should ask for some Commission as a Part-time salesman, only joking. Seen Berlin Calling in so many cinemas I can't recall them all, Freiluftkino Insel im Cassiopeia, High End 54 at least 5 times and that's only naming a few. Great film and already recommended friends in the UK. Will be buying the DVD if I don't get in on the raffle. Take care and keep up the good vibes.....

I saw it when I lived in Berlin during 2008, at the cinema just before I left for Sweden. It was such an epic movie which summed up my stay in Berlin perfectly. Now I've waited and waited to see it again, and wont rest until I have the DVD in my hands.. :)
I haven't seen the movie yet, because I live in the Netherlands and the movie wasn't on the big screen here yet :(
But I've always been a fan of Paul Kalkbrenner's productions, and 100% Techno (and all electronic dance styles) minded. So browsing the internet I came along some news about this film, and since the trailer became available I've been waiting for the moment I finally could see the movie, but untill today I haven't got a chance!
I've purchased the soundtrack as soon as it became available, that album is one of the hottest and best albums released in 2008. I love every track of it, a true masterpiece of art!
I love it that the movie features shots from my favourite city: Berlin, I think I did recognise some of the spots I've visited on my clubbing adventures in Berlin.
So I can't wait 'till the movie is available (It really doesn't matter if there are no dutch subtitles, german or english is not a problem!)

I saw the movie once because a friend of mine got the screener-dvd through Beta-movies! I already had the soundtrack for a few months and loved it from the first time I heard it.
The beautiful thing with the movie is that it's fits perfect with the music. Now everytime I listen to the soundtrack it reminds of alot of scenes. Plus the director of photography also did a great job of bringing Berlin to life!
Oh, wait the phones ringing... It's Berlin! Told me to say hi!

I saw this film in Budapest, that was amazing. This film became one of my favourite. We decided to take a trip to Berlin, we really wanna feel Berlin's vibe. :)
I saw the film in Gijon Film Festival last year. It was incredible, really interesting. All of us in the cine were with the open mouth.
Will there be a Blu-Ray version of the movie as well?

I saw the film in Copenhagen, and Paul had promised to show up after the movie (before everybody headed to the afterparty), but he never came. A bit of a shame, I think.
